Here is how a request goes, from your call to the quote.
- Call and tell us what you see. Give us your address and the symptom: a dry patch, a geyser by the walk, a "zone" that will not shut off or a "valve box" full of water. You do not need the part's name; the symptom is enough.
- We set a time. We answer the phone or call back the same working day, and we show up when we say we will.
- We look and quote the whole job. We run the system zone by zone, find the cause, and quote the whole job before we start. The estimate is free and carries no obligation.
- We fix it and clean up. Once you say go, we make the repair, check the zones again and clean up when the work is done.

We work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 3 pm, and a request that comes in outside those hours gets our reply the next working morning.
